Bought the alarm/remote about a year ago, had a few glitches but nothing major. My installer took care of all the programming ie.window and motion sensor along with a backup battery. Tha remote has worked perfectly. I recently bought a spare just in case I lost or damaged my original one. Can't go wrong for the money.

I ordered and received a DEI Python 7752P remote the first one I received was dead on arrival talked to customer service and sent it back the second one came with a note that it had been checked and charged I matted it to my system and it works just like the orginal Customer service is A1 and shipping was very timelly and fast

Last year I got my wife a vehicle alarm mostly for the remote start and had it professionally installed. Naturally, I got stuck with the extra remote (short range, 1 way). The tabs holding the battery cover broke off just from normal wear and duct tape would not hold it secure, so I went for the upgrade for a replacement. It is so nice to have the range and feedback so you know if the doors are locked and the engine is running.
