It's very fickle. Sometimes i hit the unlock button and the alarm still goes off, AFTER I SAID IT WAS OKAY! It may just be faulty wiring, but i think its an off-brand product. Go for a more known product next time, or I may just have it removed all together. Always wakes my neighbors!
