BAFX Products (TM) - ELM 327 Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool - For check engine light and other diagnostics - Android compatible

Let me start off by saying I had purchased a regular Elm327 (with the orange/blue label) off of another site previously and had a horrible experience. Most of the others available out there don't work on Fords and a number of other vehicles even though they say they do. Needless to say I have a Ford Mustang and it didn't work.

After talking with some people they convinced me I should give this one a try and that it really works on ALL cars. I figured why not, I can always return it.

I got it, plugged it in, fired up Torque on my Droid phone and BAM! Sure enough, it works GREAT!

Even if you don't have any trouble codes to clear on your car (though it works great for that) this is a fun toy to have for any car geek. It gives awesome stats for everything from RPM/Speed plotting graphs, to 1/4 mile stats, HP info, acceleration info etc etc...... best toy for your car ever!

Does everything I needed it to and more. All i really needed this tool for was to read and clear some trouble codes. BUT.... after I got all the taken care of I found there were so many other cool features this device has when used with the TORQUE program for my Android phone that I haven't been able to put it down yet! Great buy!

Purchased this to use on my 12,000 truck. Code came up as being a bad O2 sensor. Thing is is that my truck has 4 o2 sensors! Well...... after using the detailed screen that shows the readings from all the electronic emissions parts I was able to isolate which O2 sensor was bad rather than pulling off each one and checking one at a time! What a great time saver!
