This replacement case and buttons are well worth the money. The case is designed better than the original. The plastic walls are thicker around the key ring window and the inside has extra support posts for the Printed Circuit Board. I'm very pleased with the product.

I had a key fob where the bottom loop had broken from being on too big of a key ring. This product was a very inexpensive fix. The inner mechanism transferred easily and worked perfectly for me. It came with two keypads (yellow or orange panic buttons) to accommodate either style of replacement. It shipped very quick and I was up and running in no time flat!

I had to research this part extensively as I thought I would have to buy a whole new unit. After searching several different sites, I was surprised...and happy... to find out all I needed was the "guts." Amazon came through for me again with best price, best service, best of everything overall. The part was very easy to put together, once I found out I wasn't going to break it when pulling apart! I was a bit confused by the numbers 873V and 473V (still am) but it works perfectly.
