When I recieved the remotes I could not get them to work inititially. I did have problems getting through the help desk number as it was busy. ALOT. But after submitting a A->Z request they called and helped me resolve my issue. Found out you MUST have a working remote before theirs will work. Dealership was able to program their remote so I still didnt have to buy a new one. Thank you again.
