Excellent product at a great price to replace the one I lost for my Suburban. I was able to easily program the device by following the instructions they sent. I was able to do it on the second attempt. The whole process only takes a minute or two so the first attempt was a nice trial run. Hopefully I won't loose this again, but if I do, I'll be back.

I bought this in April, 2011. Programming was easy. The little padlock images wore off the buttons pretty quickly, then it stopped working for half a day. Now, about a week later, it doesn't work at all. I pulled the battery, which still tested over 3 volts, and replaced it anyway. The contacts looked clean, but it still doesn't work. (The same thing happened to the original key fob).
Although it looks just like the original, this one "pocket dials" a lot, meaning it sets off the panic alarm when I bend, sit or stand. This may be because I'm gaining a little weight, so I'm not sure I should blame the key fob, but I never had the problem with the original. Prior to this one, I got one at the dealer for over $70. That one is still working.
Edit: It started working again. Now I don't know whether to blame the fob or the car itself.
