It's nice when the middle-man is out of the equation, it saved me about $50. First, I thought the remote was faulty, I couldn't get it to work. I decided not to think the worst and maybe I had to buy new batteries for it, but it had batteries so I replaced them (2), about $16, and the fob worked immediately. I sent the company an email and they instantly credited my card the cost of the batteries. WOW!
