I got this key fob thinking that I could program it and be all good. This was to replace the original one which wasnt included with the car when I bought it. this fob will not work on 00 Grand Am SE models. I was so frustrated with this fob not working after 15 tries, I finally got fed up and smashed it with a sledge hammer....may not have a fob to use, but damn I got 40 bucks worth the frustration out of me. lol yeah it was a dumb thing to do. oh well. hope all goes well for those purchasing replacement fobs, im sol on this one

Quick and fast shipping first of all, came in 3 days. Programmed it with my car in less than 15 seconds and everything was perfect. The only problem may be is that the buttons because its new they are a tad bit sensitive but that's with all remotes. My advise always look at your car after you've walked 20 feet to see if the trunk came open only for the first week of use. Nevertheless can't complain great product just like factory and dealer for half the cost.

I bought this product for my boyfriend because his set of keys was stolen. It was a lot better of a price than you could get from a dealer and they claimed they provided instructions to program it yourself. My boyfriend knows his way around a car, and he could not figure out how to program it himself. It did work when he brought it to a dealer and they could hook it up to their computers, but it cost him an additional $50. This resulted in it being MORE expensive than if we had just bought one at a dealer and that would have saved us both time and a head ache. Be waaaaare!
